The Technology Behind Legendary Ape NFTs and Their value
The immutability and traceability nature of the NFT could provide confidence for buyers and investors in purchasing products. The creator of the NFTs should be written as LuxFi, while verification, storage and logistic of luxuries will be backed and supported by our trustworthy and reliable partners.
LuxFi’s mission is to tackle all the challenges plaguing the industry, including counterfeiting. This is the reason why the professional verifiers in our network ensure the authenticity of all our products.
We use two technological procedures to link a physical luxury asset to its NFT:
1) We use Product Fingerprint technology on finished products. Reputable partners will capture unique features as an identity for that particular item as the product fingerprint is unique for each item, even though they are the same products.
2) When partnering with brands and manufacturers directly, we put an NFC chip inside each item during the production. After the buyers receive the physical asset, buyers can simply scan the product fingerprint or the NFC of the item, to see if it’s the original and authenticated item of the NFT.
An NFT card containing a unique QR code and anti-forgeable NFC chip is provided to the new owner so all the information and history of the product, including its source and the past ownerships, can easily be viewed. All the information is permanently stored into the blockchain through the NFT, providing a ‘certificate’ of the product by LuxFi.
